Tooth Whitening

Tooth whitening (or bleaching) is a simple, non-invasive dental treatment used to dramatically improve the look of your smile.

Reasons for tooth whitening include:

  • Fluorosis (excessive fluoridation during tooth development).
  • Normal wear of outer tooth layer.
  • Stained teeth due to medications (tetracycline, etc.).
  • Yellow, brown stained teeth.

There are several methods to achieving a whiter smile - toothpaste, whitening strips/paint on gel, at home bleach trays and professional laser.  The most sought after is Laser Tooth Whitening because it produces superior results in the shortest amount of time - just 45 minutes.

The process begins by sealing off and protecting your gums.  Then a professional grade hydrogen peroxide gel is applied to your teeth.  A specially designed ultraviolet lamp is then directed over the gel to enhance the whitening process.  The results are incredible and last much longer than other traditional methods.  In addition, we offer custom bleach trays with similar hydrogen peroxide gel (much stronger than found in stores) that can be used at home to help you maintain that beautiful white smile.  The trays are worn for only 15-20 minutes at your convenience.
